Recently, an oxford printed by the Union jack of a company sells very well, but because of the problem of oblique weft and color fastness, the company had to search help. Through a friend’s introduction, the company came to Mr. Kecheng Zhang’s factory and found out the resolution of the problem.
Mr. Kecheng Zhang introduced that Wenjiao factory resolve the problem of oblique weft through improving the manufacture process and techniques. Refer to the problem of color fastness, first he chose polyester filament yarns with good color fastness; second, he modified the process of adding color. Before weaving yarns, mixing the dye into the materiel when it is like paste and then stretching and taking out raw silk. It is calculated that the color fastness of polyester filament yarns made by the improving process can largely be enhanced and reach 4 degree, which is one time more than average polyester filament yarns. Further more, the fabric weaving by the material can extend its useful life for more than one year. So it is an economical method.
