Now a local melt spinning manufacturer quoted bright FDY 50D/36F for 16800 Yuan/ton with acceptance and semi-dull FDY 50D/24F for 15600 Yuan/ton. Another direct spinning manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/24F for 15500 Yuan/ton and DTY 150D/144F for 15100 Yuan/ton with 6-month acceptance. Manufacturers reported that yesterday’s production-marketing was around 50-60%. Another FDY manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/48F for 14500 Yuan/ton and bright FDY 50D/36F for 14700 Yuan/ton. The polyester yarn price is also steady in Taicang. A local leading manufacturer quoted FDY 50D/24F for 14900 Yuan/ton and POY 150D/144F for 12950 Yuan/ton. Manufacturers said the sales of last weekend were normal. The polyester yarn prices are also unchanged in Zhang Jiagang. A local manufacturer quoted bright FDY 40D/24F for 14660 Yuan/ton and semi-dull FDY 40D/24F for 14960 Yuan/ton.

Manufacturers said the production-market stayed at 60-70% supported by the orders before Spring Festival. The polyester yarn market is also calm in Shao Xing. A local FDY manufacturer quoted FDY 55D/72F for 14400 Yuan/ton and FDY 150D/96F for 131600 Yuan/ton. Manufacturers said the production-marketing fell to 30-50% during last weekend. The quotations also went steady in Tong Xiang. A local leading manufacturer quoted DTY 150D/48F for 13800 Yuan/ton and DTY 150D/144F for 14700 Yuan/ton, while POY 150D/144F is quoted around 12950 Yuan/ton. Manufacturers reported that the production-marketing dropped to 60% last weekend.
