The cotton spot market is still weak this week, which the sales of seed cotton slow and the sales is basically stopped in some regions. It is reported that the purchase price declines 200 Yuan/ton in general on Friday, after adjustment for 429 grades is 18,500 Yuan/ton, 427 grades is 17,900 Yuan/ton, and 329 grade is 19,300 Yuan/ton. The seed cotton is more stable this week, now the 3 grade quoted 8.5 Yuan/kg in the Southern KuErle area, and the 3 grade is 8.6-8.7 Yuan/kg in Akzo Bachu district (40 lint percent). At present, because nobody cares about the spot goods, and there aren’t still market transactions. In addition, other manufacturers shift the focus of cotton processing, in order to pay storage smooth, and managed to beat good quality mark. Most of the 200 type enterprises that because they do not comply with the national collection policies and textile mills of recession, meanwhile, price is lower than the national collection, so they had to withdraw from the market waiting to see, in order to avoid the risks. Overall, the current market is still lack of confidence; it will be weak consolidation in the short term.
As a whole, the yarn price tends to be weak, and the market is cold. As demand fell, operation rate was declining, and the cut phenomenon has in common. This week the all cotton yarn market that the trading atmosphere is still weak, and the price declines, now 32s quoted 26,100 Yuan/ton, it falls 300 Yuan/ton compared with last week. Furthermore, the downtrend of pure polyester yarn is slowed this week, and the major quotation falls to 14,600-14,900 Yuan/ton. The rayon cotton yarn market is still weak, while the price is relatively stable, the manufacturer heavy losses due to the low price, the individual enterprises that they has still the phenomenon of selling low price, due to insufficient funds. The major quotation of woven yarn 30S is 19,000-19,500 Yuan/ton in the market, and parts of low price below 19,000 Yuan/ton. On the whole, the global economic slowdown was settled, the Euro debt crisis also is getting worse and worse, and all works face to fund constraints of pressure in general at the end of this year, the yarn market is difficult to appear fundamental change in the short term. The reconstruction of the market confidence still needs time, and it expects that there is still falling space later.
