168tex News: Poly yarn price this week continue downward. At the beginning of the week, poly yarn price continue the downward trend of the previous weekend, then for the influence of PTA futures slump, polyester feedstock price went down gradually. In addition with a sluggish fabric market, some small and medium sized plants began to cut operation, which lead the downstream rigid demand fall back sharply, then poly yarn price stepped into a panic downward trend.
FDY price this week continue downward. Under the influence of upstream feedstock price reduced and downstream demand shrank, FDY plants cut price for promotion actively. With the boost of major plants, price began to fall back consistently. The draw amount of FDY yarn this week is around a thousand China Yuan. FDY50D/24F six-month acceptance offered by the major plants is around 14400CNY/t.
DTY price this week also dropped by large. DTY products still have a good profit margin comparatively. With the inventory pressure increases, pants are mostly willing to cut price for promotion, and the draw amount is enlarging. This week, DTY draw amount is around a thousand China Yuan. DTY150D/144F six-month acceptance offered by the major plants is around 15000CNY/t.
POY price this week continue to slump. For the downstream draw texturing and weaving plants stopped production, the market rigid demand fall back by large. But previously, plants offers are already down regulated by large, POY price down range is slight, which is around 500-600CNY/t. POY150D/144F this week offered by major plants is around 12200CNY/t.
Production and consumption rate of the poly yarn plants is low. Now major FDY plants stock amount is around two weeks, POY stock amount is around half a month, while DTY stock amount is around three weeks.
Now downstream marketing is still sluggish, weaving plants are beginning to stop production. Therefore, poly yarn price is estimated to continue downward. But now polyester yarn plants are beginning restrain production, for many plants are already at loss, therefore its price may be stabilized.
