Jun. 7th, 2017- The Dynamics of PET Chips in Domestic Market

Today the market price of semi-bright chips was general in China-Jiangsu and Zhejiang region. Today the leading quotation stayed at 6,150-6,250 Yuan/ton by cash and the actual negotiating price was around 6,100-6,150 Yuan/ton. The trading atmosphere was good in the market. At the same time, the leading quotation of great bright chips was at the same level. Now the leading quotation of the great bright chips increased to 6,150-6,350 Yuan/ton and the actual negotiating price was about 6,150-6,200 Yuan/ton. In addition, the price of cationic chips was rising while maintaining the stability in China-Jiangsu and Zhejiang region, now the leading quotation was 6,900-7,200 Yuan/ton and the negotiating price was around 6,800-7,150 Yuan/ton.

At the same time, the price of bottle chips was stable and the actual negotiating price stayed at 6,500-6,650 Yuan/ton in East China and the actual negotiating price was 6,400-6,450 Yuan/ton in South China. In addition, the quotation of PET bottle chips kept firm in the overseas market. Now the quotation of leading manufacturer was around 860-875 dollars/ton (FOB China’s main port) and the negotiating price was around 850-860 dollars/ton (FOB China’s main port).
