168tex News: Poly yarn price this week firstly went up, and then went down. At the beginning of the week, with the influence of outer economic market and for the boost of PTA futures, poly yarn price slightly went up. While at the end of the week, for the end demand is not able to continued, its price comes down, with some plants quotation sharply reduced.
FDY price this week went down slightly. At the beginning of the week, for an increased demand, some plants quotation is up regulated, but soon many plants are run on quantity, the price stabilized. And by the weekend, the production and consumption rate comes down, its price is down regulated by some major plants. For the influence of which, some high priced plants also down regulated the price one by one. Most suppliers are holding wait and see attitude. See from marketing, bright FDY yarn this week sales well, like 50D, 108D series. FDY50D/24F six-month acceptance is offered at 16400CNY/t by the mainstream plants.
This week, most kind of DTY price went down. Although its price went up early of the week, DTY stock is relatively high, and most plants are running on quantity. Later of the week, for the market demand reduced, some major plants began to sharply down regulate its price. And some plants follow up one by one. At the weekend, DTY150D/144F six-month acceptance offered by major plants is 16200CNY/t.
POY price this week is overall consolidating. Early of the week, for the downstream actively covering shortage, POY suppliers are mostly running on quantity. While in the second half of the week, POY stock pressure is low, its price stabilized. The major plants offered 150D/144F at 13850CNY/t.
Poly yarn production and consumption rate changes little this week. Now the major plants FDY stock amount is over a week, which is around 10 days, while DTY stock amount is over half a month.
Now the downstream market becomes slack, and for the previous shortage covering, now they are mainly absorbing their stock. Therefore, poly price after market is estimated to downward.
