Weekly Report on Bulk Textile Material, Jan.10-13

This week, international oil price declined first then increased.Ended by Thursday, NY oil February futures closed at 53.01 dollars/bbl, Brent March futures closed at 56.01 dollars/bbl.

As for PTA, under the influence of futures,PTA price was in consolidation this week. Ended by Friday, the quotation was around 5,330-5,380 Yuan/ton in domestic market, the transaction prices went down to 5,230-5,300 Yuan/ton.

About PET chips, the leading price center declined and the wait-and-see mood was strong.

And for PFY,ended by Friday, the discussion prices of FDY 75D/36F declined 100 Yuan/ton to 10,900 Yuan/ton and POY 150D/144F was about 8,750 Yuan/ton.

In addition, VSF prices were stable this week, the leading quotations of medium-end products was around 1,6600-1,7000 Yuan/ton, while high-end products were about 1,7000 Yuan/ton.
