The other manufacturer quoted light FDY 40D/24F for 17,500 Yuan/ton and FDY 50D/48F for 17,000 Yuan/ton. The POY prices keep steady in Taicang market. Now a local manufacturer quoted POY 75D/72F for 17,050 Yuan/ton and FDY 50D/24F for 16,800 Yuan/ton by cash remittance. In practical transaction, the manufacturers still give some discount.
The polyester price tends to be steady in Zhejiang market. The quotations in Xiao-Shao Market mostly keep stable. A local manufacturer in Xiao Shan reduced some of the polyester products (see from the following forms). Now they quoted micro-web DTY 75D/72F for 19,200 Yuan/ton by acceptance and POY 75D/36F for 16,300 Yuan/ton by acceptance.

The upstream polyester material stopped dropping and became raise back. The main force contract 1109 of PTA futures in ZCE closed at 10,240 Yuan/ton, increased 102 Yuan/ton compared with the settlement price last trading day. The quotations of PTA spot goods stay at 10,500 Yuan/ton in the domestic market; while the quotations of Taiwan cargo increased 10 dollars to 1330-1340 dollars/ton and the Korean cargo increased 25 dollars to 1330-1335 dollars/ton. MEG price slightly increased and the mainstream negotiated price was around 8,800 Yuan/ton. For the polyester products, the supportive effect of the cost became to reveal, but considered that the polyester manufacturers still focus on the selling amount; so the recent prices of polyester yarn will keep adjusting in weak.
