China-hemp, by many European and American experts, is considered as the most perfect fiber ever found, and also known as the second skin of human beings. Currently, there are only 3 countries of the world mastered the technology of hemp fiber development and utilization.
Last April, YOUNGOR GROUP China hemp branch is established in Xishuang Banna, Yunnan Province. By the end of this year, plant construction and equipment procurement is to be completed and by the beginning of next year, the plant is gona into regular operation. According to development plan, it is expected to form the production capability of 2000 ton, and the next goal is 5000 ton. After 3 to 5 years, the goal of 10,000 ton hemp yield output will be realized.
Currently, YOUNGOR GROUP, YAK Technology Co., Ltd. and Quartermaster Equipment Institute of the PLA General Logistics Department has united establish a hemp industry center, jointly develop and cultivate hemp, process fiber and yarn. In the YOUNGOR GROUP, utilizing and combining the core technologies, and we invite Ms Wu Haiyan, the renown fashion ware designer, we successfully developed the production series of women’s ware, men’s wear, and home ornamental textile, business series and etc.
Li Rucheng said, presently, YOUNGOR GROUP has developed trial sale products like socks, shirts, suits, pants, down wares and etc. Recently, over 160 designs of shirts will be developed, and will be displayed in March, 2009, China International Clothing & Accessories Fair. In addition, 4 large “Hemp Life Hall” was established in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Ningbo, officially open to the world during the Shanghai Exposition.
Introduced by Jian-Chun Zhang, the PLA General Logistics Department, responsible for Hemp Quartermaster Equipment Institute of Engineer projects, China hemp is a kind of typically functional, environmental friendly, rare and valuable textile fiber, which has the characteristic of Moisture absorption, breathable, comfortable, heat, mildew, antibacterial and anti-radiation. On moisture absorption, hemp is 3 times of cotton, and can perish the bacteria attached in 1 hour. And hemp fabrics can shield over 95% UV rays, can keep its color unchanged under the high temperature of 370℃, and does not burn at 1000℃, also with excellent heat resistance and sun-proof properties.
