Operation pressure is increasing in the poly filament manufacturers

See from the current market situation, poly filament plants are going through a difficult period. On one hand, poly raw material cost increase, which brings about a high pressure in manufacturing cost. Some plants reduced the load of production, or stop to check and repair the machinery, which reflect the stock pressure is increasing.
On the other hand, for the subordinate plant, the cost pressure is relatively high at the beginning of 2011. Although, the subordinate demand recovered, it is failed to stimulate the speculative demand. Meanwhile, the microeconomic situation is unstable, the cost of labor force is increasing, adding the factors of energy saving and waste restriction, all of which contribute the reason of slack procurement phenomenon in the subordinate plants. Poly products failed to be consumed, thus make the poly plant relative passive in its marketing. The pressure of poly filament is gradually going up.
